For the first entry, we’d like to recommend signing up to Moodscope (www.moodscope.com) which is a great website built for people struggling with low mood and all types of mental health difficulties. It allows you to track your mood and emotions each day in a creative and useful way so you can see how you’re doing over a period of time. You could also share it with your therapist each week so they will be able to see your progress and times that you may be struggling in a simple graph which can be useful when presented with your reported experience.
