Conditions & Issues

The team at Serendipity Psychology has several expert therapists, including psychologistspsychotherapists, counsellors and occupational therapists delivering specialist interventions evidenced to be effective for working with a wide range of psychological conditions.

You may not know the names of the condition or difficulties you may be struggling with and might need an assessment to consider the problems you’re presenting with, or you might have an idea of the difficulties you’re experiencing and want to find out if we are able to help you with these difficulties. Either way, we would expect an assessment of your needs to be part of the work you complete with the therapist you are initially referred to.

If you would like to explore whether you are suffering from a particular condition because someone has told you this or you have researched it and feel you relate to a set of symptoms you have found out about, please do let us know so we can hold this in mind from the start. Our specialists are trained to help you identify what might be going on for you so that they can then help you to identify which intervention will be the most likely to help you based on their experience and the research and evidence in the area.
