Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
I am an experienced CBT Therapist and I specialise in working with Mums & Mums-to-be with their mental health as part of their journey to and through motherhood.
I am passionate about supporting women through this transition, and I aim to validate and normalise some of the struggles, as well as using CBT to work through the emotional difficulties that can occur.
I typically help Mum’s who are feeling anxious and/or low during pregnancy and/or postnatally, whether related to the pregnancy or not.
I currently only offer remote sessions using Zoom or via telephone (or a mixture of the two). I only work with those aged 18+.

Undergraduate Degree in Psychology
Postgraduate Certificate in Low-intensity CBT
Postgraduate Diploma in High-intensity CBT
