Lisa is an experienced UKCP accredited Psychotherapist with extensive experience in the field of mental health working with individuals and Couples. She has an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and has worked in Private Practice and for a number of agencies. Lisa has worked with clients experiencing a range of different psychological needs including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, personality disorders and complex trauma, including PTSD and CPTSD.
Lisa’s therapeutic style means she is able to incorporate a variety pf approaches and interventions to best support each client according to their individual circumstances and needs. Her modality is based on a relational-developmental approach and as such has a keen interest in the client and their ways of relating to others as well as their experience of being in the world and their life.
Lisa can also offer EMDR which can assist with the processing of Trauma arising from life events and accidents and work with clients on a long term or short-term basis
