Danielle Morgan-Baxter

Mental Health Specialist

Hello, I’m Danielle Morgan-Baxter, an Integrative and Systemic Therapist and Social Work Practitioner. I have been working within mental health services for nearly 10 years and in social care settings for over 20 years, in various capacities and roles. I have experience in a range of settings, including public (NHS and local authority), private, and charitable organisations. I offer face-to-face and online interventions with adults, children, couples, and family/organisational groups.

As an integrative therapist, I incorporate a variety of modalities (relational-developmental, attachment, person-centred, CBT, DBT, object relations, and self-psychology) that promote an interpersonal and humanistic perspective on life. I hold a pluralistic philosophy, recognising the value and relevance of all therapeutic approaches/modalities to clients and the field of psychotherapy. Therefore, no therapeutic relationship is ever exactly the same. Our work will begin by building an understanding together around the difficulties you face and agreeing on a treatment approach tailored to your needs and goals. Throughout my professional journey, I’ve been fortunate to work with a diverse range of people across different life stages, backgrounds, and experiences.

My passion is simply in people—offering and facilitating a space for others to connect with what is truly fundamental to them. This might involve exploring experiences, processes, and core beliefs about the self and others, or integrating practical skills and creative work. As a systemic practitioner, I enjoy working with family and organisational groups for assessment and intervention. I specialise in therapeutic intervention for neurodiversity, bereavement, and relational and developmental trauma. I also offer independent consultation, systemic and social assessments, and short- and long-term therapy treatments.
