Lauren Crozier-Moore

Mental Health Specialist

Hi there, I’m Lauren Crozier-Moore, an occupational therapist (OT) by core profession with over 12 years of experience working in a range of gold-standard mental health settings, including private healthcare services such as the Priory Group, and charitable organisations such as St Andrew’s Healthcare. I am trained in a range of highly evidence-based therapies that are recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as the most effective interventions for complex populations and which, through my own experience, I am confident work well to support those with a wide range of needs. These include dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), dyadic developmental psychotherapy (DDP) and EMDR.

I work therapeutically with children, young people and adults. I have a professional interest in working with foster and adoptive families to overcome the multi-faceted difficulties they face; I also work with those who have experienced trauma and am a trauma-informed therapist.

I believe in adapting treatment to fit your unique needs, integrating different therapeutic approaches and activities that are meaningful to you. As an OT, I have a wealth of ideas and experience to support the engagement of those who may find it difficult to engage in therapy.

Whether you prefer visiting my clinic in Northamptonshire or would prefer to work with me online, I commit to working with you to overcome obstacles in your daily life, nurturing your mental health and well-being to pave the way to a brighter future.
