Hi, my name is Tif, and I am a qualified Occupational Therapist, mental health specialist, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of settings, including the NHS, private practice, and charitable organisations.

My practice spans the entire lifespan, providing support to individuals and families as needed. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including low mood, bipolar disorder, trauma, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, and psychosis, with a particular focus on individuals experiencing psychotic symptoms. Additionally, I specialise in the treatment of anxiety – a prevalent yet often debilitating condition that frequently co-occurs with other mental health concerns.

I believe in taking a tailored approach to each individual, recognising that every person has a unique set of experiences that require time and understanding to navigate. I am deeply passionate about promoting positive mental health and well-being, ensuring that each person I work with feels heard, valued, and supported.

I offer independent consultations in a private clinic setting in Milton Keynes and also provide remote therapy via telephone or video call for those who prefer this option. I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
