Karen Walton
Practice Manager
Karen Walton is Serendipity Practice Manager. Her role involves managing new client intakes, answering the telephone, helping clients with enquiries, addressing invoicing queries and providing general support to the team. Karen has further experience with administrative support, working in both the public and private sector. She has previously worked within Children’s Social Care and Children’s Centres, gaining experience working with a range of people.
Prior to becoming Practice Manager at Serendipity Psychology, Karen has a background in early years education. She has worked with children in pre-schools, day nurseries and as a primary school teacher based in Reception and Year 1.

- Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
- Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling
- Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
- BSc (Hons) Psychology and Forensic Investigation
